More and more people have been diagnosed with ADHD in the 2020s. For many, this is a source of fear and brings challenges in coping with everyday life.
For young people in particular, this causes a lot of problems in everyday life and at school. Hyperactive behaviour, difficulty concentrating and slow learning, dyslexia and outbursts in emotional life. For many, these symptoms will subside over time and by adult age they are often under control.
However, ADHD is not something that goes away, it is something that is managed and learned to live with.
Fredi Lilius is a 52 year-old stand up comedian from Tampere who has harnessed these four letters into a superpower. How does it translate into everyday life and how does it work in the role of husband and father? How do you keep your interest when it comes to the workplace?
