Annual celebrations, sitsfests, all gatherings and Xmas parties can easily be organized at Ilokivi Venue. Here, the student organizations’ needs are understood and taken into account!

Ilokivi has alcohol license, so own alcoholic beverages are not allowed. However, we can customise the drinks / mocktail list to fit your event.

Includes: Venue space use, the presentation system of the house (projector, screen, mics), background music, bar opening, security services.
Cloakroom at one’s own responsibility.
Your own foods are allowed, we take care of the drinks.

Party for subject organization
Rental time: 8h Availability Mon- Thu until 02 Max.number of people: 350 Prices from: 450€ (Request a quote for weekends)
Includes: Venue space use, stage technics (lights and sounds), house technician, bar and cloakroom service, security service and other official licences.

Ilokivi is a good sitsfest venue due to its services and location. We offer well-crafted sitsfest packages and organization-friendly service!
Number of participants: Minimum 40 people. Maximum 100 (at Venue) or 150 (upstairs’ dining hall)
Duration of reservation: 17 – 00
The price for the sitsfest is based on the selected package. There is no separate venue rental fee.
All sitsfest packages include:
- Access to the venue for the duration of the sitsit
- Background music and a microphone for speeches
- Bar service and security

The Basic sitsfest and the Diamond sitsfest include one vegan and one other main course option. Choose one main course from both categories for your entire party. For Diamond sitsfest, also choose dessert.

The annual celebration is often the most significant event of the year for subject organizations and associations, and special attention is given to its planning and success. At our venue, your organization’s special day will receive the setting it deserves, whether it’s for a more casual gala or a three-course dinner event.
Our facilities, both upstairs and downstairs, are available for reservation and can be customized. Student organizations and students can book our venue at a discounted member rate. We provide customized quotes based on your specific needs.
